About Us
Weeding out of pests from the agricultural land for better plant growth
and increased productivity is primarily done by applying suitable
pesticides and fungicides, which are readily available with Crystal
Phosphates Ltd.- a leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of all types of
superior quality plant growth fertilizers, regulators and
agrochemicals. The company was established in the year 1973. Our range of products include Insecticides,
Herbicides, Fungicides, Weedicides, Plant Growth Regulators and
Fertilizers, etc., which are highly effective and start giving results
soon after their application. We also manufacture all types of
tailor made formulations and combinations like Ec, Sl, Sc, Ds, Gr, Sg,
Wdg, Fs, Ws, etc. We regularly export our products to countries of Africa, Middle East, Far East, North and South America
and very soon we would be launching our products in other countries
also.
The R&D division is well facilitated with modern and advance
equipments like HPLC, GLC, etc. for analyzing the various
physico-chemical properties of the products. We have three manufacturing
and formulation units located at Sonepat (Haryana), Bari Brahma and
Delhi. The company has competent and experienced manpower comprising of experienced professionals, who are masters in their respective fields. We have
always ensured competitive price and timely delivery to our varied
segment of customers. Our production capacity like 27, 500 MT of
Granules, 28, 000 KL of Liquid and 22, 000 MT of Dust Formulations per month. We

We are an ISO 9001:2000 credited company and
apply 3 stage quality checking procedure at our concern. The first
stage begins with the thorough examination of raw materials before
they are sent for processing. During the production process we make
sure that no unwanted errors or discrepancies develop in our
products due to faulty machines or formulations.
The
quality examination comes to the final stage when our quality
personnel minutely checks every aspect of our finished products. It is only when we receive an all clear report of all the three stages that we allow the products to be dispatched for sale in the market. All international quality standards and norms are strictly adhered to at all levels.
Infrastructure
We
have three state of the art manufacturing units; one at village
Nathupur in Sonepat (Haryana), the second one at Bari Brahmna and the
third unit is located at Delhi. The first two units manufacture and
process all types of pesticides, fungicides, weedicides, etc., whereas the unit in Delhi is responsible for manufacturing and
formulating world class plant growth regulators and various other
micro-nutrients. The Sonepat plant is spread over an area of 22,400
sq.yards with a capacity to produce 30 MT of Granules per day, 30 KL
of Liquid and 25 MT of Dust formulations.
The
analytical laboratory of the company is well equipped with
sophisticated instruments like Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer,
Gas Liquid Chromatograph and High Pressure Liquid chromatograph, where
eminent scientists and technicians perform various experiments to
derive innovative formulations. We have created applied and adaptive
research facilities involving field crops. Our future plan is to
develop net/glass house facilities at our research farm located at
Bakhtawarpur in Delhi.
